- We keep common areas looking their best and by careful maintenance help extend the life of your assets.
- We know to keep Mechanical Rooms clean, dust free and to report unusual noises or dripping water.
- We know to report hallway wear and tear and common property damage to the Managing Agent.
- As we clean Parkades, we note unauthorized storage, oils stains and uninsured vehicles.
- We keep Garbage Rooms clean and sanitary while watching to see that recycling is handled properly and junk reported for removal.
- While we clean Stairwells, we check to see no doors are propped open and exterior lights are working.
- While cleaning Amenity Rooms, pools and hot tubs we are watching for signs of abuse.
- We know to keep Elevator door rails clean, helping prevent service calls.
Staffing
We invest in our people – our most valuable resource.
Our uniformed staff have extensive experience in high end residences and are given thoughtful support and careful supervision by a team of Area Managers. Our Area Managers, who can be reached by phone, text or email, promptly review any client concerns and communicate with our cleaning crews to see issues are addressed without delay.
Team performance is evaluated monthly.
Scope of Work
We create a unique scope of work for each site, itemizing tasks and their frequency. Having established the scope of work, we ensure the appropriate equipment, staffing, expertise, supervision and systems are put in place.
Equipment Package
We see our cleaners are equipped with good equipment that will not damage or stress your building and furnishings.
Transition Program
We recognize the importance of a smooth transition from your existing service provider, so we provide additional staff at no cost during start up, to deep clean.
Green Cleaning
CMI Facilities uses only cleaning products marked Green Seal or Ecologo. These products are properly diluted and applied without using aerosol sprays.

Integrated Building Services
If you have our affiliate ‘CMI Concierge’ at your property, our cleaning services will be fully supported and supervised by the Head Concierge and Area Managers.
- Serving Strata Corporations in greater Vancouver since 1997, CMI has developed a unique Concierge/Security Service for strata corporations.
- It seemed natural to incorporate janitorial services into this plan as integration makes for better maintenance and economies of scale.
- Cleaners, concierge, caretaker and security all work together, under the watchful eye of our Head Concierge and Area Managers to ensure your home is safe and clean.
